Parts & Warranty Coordinator About Us:
Avalanche Motorsports is a growing Marine, Powersports, and RV dealership. We sell and service Boats, RV's, Offroad vehicles, and Motorcycles —and we're looking for the right person to help keep our operation running smoothly and our customers coming back.
The Role:
We're hiring a versatile, customer-focused professional to handle service writing, parts sales, parts ordering, and warranty coordination. This is a front-facing role that requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities while keeping customers happy and informed. What You'll Do (but not limited to) : Service Writing Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and document repair/service needs accurately Write clear, detailed repair orders and communicate timelines and estimates Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs stay on track Update customers on progress and manage expectations professionally Parts Sales & Ordering Assist retail customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their needs Process parts orders and maintain organized inventory records Order parts and accessories from vendors and OEMs to support both service and retail sales Maintain a neat and clean Parts Department Create and track shipments and follow up on backorders Warranty Coordination File warranty claims with OEMs accurately and promptly Follow up on claim status and resolve any disputes or documentation issues Maintain detailed warranty records and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements Communicate warranty coverage and limitations clearly to customers
Who We're Looking For:
Strong communicator
  • You can relay info to the customer in easy to understand terms and deliver difficult news without creating conflict Customer service mindset
  • You genuinely want to help people and can stay calm under pressure Organized and detail-oriented
  • You can manage multiple open repair orders, parts orders, and warranty claims without dropping the ball Self-motivated
  • You can prioritize your workload and work independently Industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with marine, powersports, or automotive service is a plus, but not required if you're a fast learner Computer proficient
  • Comfortable with dealership management systems, parts lookup software, and basic office applications Why Work Here? Five day work week Tuesday
