In this role you will oversee: Fitness Operations Oversee daily operation of all strength and cardiovascular fitness areas. Supervise student staff. Ensure safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environments. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Coordinate risk management practices and facility inspections. Assist with the coordination of equipment maintenance, inventory management, and recommendations for equipment replacement planning. Personal Training Program Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Personal Trainers. Develop and grow the Personal Training program. Monitor program quality, participation, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate client onboarding and trainer assignments. Develop new services and programming. Student Staff Leadership Supervise a large student employee team. Develop student leaders. Provide ongoing training and mentorship. Conduct evaluations. Create a positive team culture.
