Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging daily activities and events Develop monthly activity calendars Encourage resident participation and build positive relationships Coordinate outings, special events, and holiday celebrations Collaborate with residents, families, volunteers, and team members Maintain activity records and required documentation Ensure activities meet the interests and needs of residents

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have a completed the 36 hours Life Enrichment Coordinator course and/or have 2 years related experience. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
