Job Description

Forest Manor Health Care Center is seeking an Activity Aide to join our team! You will perform a variety of duties to assist our residents in attaining and/or maintaining their highest practical physical, mental and social well-being. This per diem position is for every other weekend shifts and covering department call outs/vacations. This is an entry level position, with the potential to move into a part/full time placement. We offer an excellent work environment with a flexible work schedule. Forest Manor is an equal opportunity employer.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in planning and conducting activities Prepare and organize supplies needed to conduct activities Monitor dining room during meal times Assist residents with daily living skills as needed Assist with resident outings and planned activities Maintain a safe environment for our residents
Qualifications:
Previous experience in activities a plus, but willing to train Strong work ethic Caring and compassionate demeanor Ability to work as part of a team Must be 18 or older to apply
