Job Description

Springpoint at Manalapan is seeking a highly energetic Activities Aide to join our team! Springpoint at Manalapan is a Senior Living Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located in Manalapan, NJ. We are currently seeking a FT Activities Aide to join our team. At Springpoint, our Activities Aide is responsible for providing therapeutic activity programs to the residents.
Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing, developing, and directing all therapeutic activities for groups or individuals to meet the needs of the residents. Assist the Director in planning, organizing, and implementing therapeutic activities. Prepare supplies, lists of participants and schedules for each activity. Escort residents to and from groups. Conduct group activities. Keep a daily record of types and number of activities in which each resident participated. Attend all scheduled educational offerings pertaining to Patient Activities and Resident Care. Assist with outings.
Education and Experience:
