Recreation Aide The Pines at Medford, is looking to hire for the Recreation Aide position. Recreation Aide Salary:

Assists in planning and executing recreational activities based on the needs and interests of the residents Encourages social interaction and communication between the residents through group recreation, and community interaction programs Facilitates recreational programs on an individual and group basis Provides individual intervention to residents based on personal needs and conditions Records resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs, writes progress notes, and attends care plan meetings as necessary Assists in the upkeep, storage, and organization of the recreation department supplies Assists with admission assessments, MDS, care plans and progress notes Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a warm and caring environment which recognizes the individuals' needs and capabilities Performs other related job duties as required
Recreation Aide Qualifications:
