Provides specialized knowledge about the history, terrain, ecology or wildlife for the tour. Manages transportation, equipment and provisions and assists with cooking.

Job Description

Recreation Assistant
  • Monroe
  • Part time
  • $19.00 hourly rate
  • The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate homelike environment in a beautiful state-of-the-art community
  • 8:00am
  • 4:00pm or 11:00am
  • 7:00pm, minimum of (2) shifts monthly including weekends
  • The Recreation Assistant will provide activities of a physical, mental and spiritual nature tailored to the individual abilities, needs and desires of those we serve in order to enable them to enjoy the highest quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED required Minimum one year experience in long term care and/or dementia care preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications Flu vaccine required during flu season.
