Assists in the year-round coordination, administration and operations for Field Hockey program. Certifications/Licenses Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Good organizational skills and must be computer literate. Ability to communicate with student athletes, athletic administrative staff and parents of prospective recruits. Ability to perform above duties with the highest standard of professionalism and ethical behavior and in accordance with University, Departmental, Big Ten or other affiliated Conference and NCAA regulations, policies and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of NCAA regulations relative to rules in administration and recruiting areas. Experience with an NCAA (or other) field hockey program. An understanding of the sport at the elite level. Equipment Utilized Ability to use computer, email and recruiting software database. Physical Demands and Work Environment Special Conditions Ability to work evenings/weekends.
