Responsibilities The Memory Care Recreation Assistant delivers efficient and effective recreation programming activities in the Memory Care Unit to achieve positive clinical outcomes for dementia patients/residents and family satisfaction.

• Contribute to the development of an interdisciplinary plan of patient/resident care.
• Facilitate and encourage patient's/resident's participation in group and individual activities.
• Provide resources and materials to address the special interest of patient's/resident's for independent engagement.
• Make recommendations regarding recreation equipment/supplies required to meet the needs of the patients/residents and maintain adequate supplies of them. Qualifications
• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors to respond to their medical and physical needs. Benefits

Posted Salary Range USD $19.50 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
