Operations:
Greet party children and parents warmly to ensure they feel welcome and valued. Prepare the party environment with attention to detail, including Club Fit balloons, decorations, and any specific parent requests. Conduct thorough inspections of the gym and party room prior to and during events. Confirm party details in advance and assist with cake pickup or ordering when necessary. Review the party schedule and checklist to ensure appropriate equipment is set up Mats and inflatables (if required) Laser Tag setup Pool area inspection (if applicable) Ensure any café items used are returned promptly.
Communication:
Stay informed about other Club Fit departments, programs, and events, promoting a community-focused atmosphere.
Service Standards:
Take personal accountability for all assigned tasks. Exhibit a consistently positive and professional attitude. Arrive on time for scheduled parties or arrange appropriate coverage while informing the manager and relevant staff. Wear the full Club Fit uniform, including issued shirt and nametag. Greet and assist members with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Maintain respectful and supportive interactions with members, colleagues, and management.
