We use student-focused programs to ensure successful training and employment placement for every individual we serve. What You'll Do Plan and support a wide range of recreation activities for students Coordinate programs with CPP, Social Development, and community partners Oversee evening and weekend programming Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment Track student participation and maintain accountability Manage equipment, inventory, and recreation spaces Mentor students and promote positive behavior and teamwork Support leadership programs and student involvement initiatives What You Get Consistent full-time schedule 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Access to gym and wellness programs ✅ What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate's Degree or 1 year of experience working with youth preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead activities and engage groups Valid in-state driver's license required (CDL preferred) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
