Islandwide Freelance Professional 7 years exp Education and Training $3,000to$4,000 Monthly 23 applicationsPosted 26 Jun 2026Closing on 26 Jul 2026 Roles & Responsibilities Key Roles and Responsibilities Spearhead the redesign, standardization training and impact alignment of the sports-mentoring component of our programme as per requirements Develop progressive, age-appropriate sports modules, rotational term-based sports, inclusive participation guidelines, and a structured curriculum Oversee recruitment and development of coaches through competency frameworks structured training, quality assurance processes, and collaboration with stakeholders for accreditation Align sports activities to behavioral screening and assessment tools and ensure integrated coordination with all stakeholders to meet reporting requirements Ensure all coaches uphold professional, safety, and child-safe standards at all times. Requirements and Qualifications Background in sports education, physical education, coaching, or a related field Experience in designing sports programmes and managing a pool of coaches Experience working with children at the primary school level (preferred) Must be a registered NROC coach with and valid First Aid/CPR certification with at least min 3 years of coaching experience in MOE school/club association All applicants are to provide a sample SOW (Scheme of Work) which includes: Objectives linked to Game for Life Weekly focus skills/values Sample activities/drills Progression or assessment notes
