PRN (as needed)
Pay:
$19/hour Responsibilities Assist or lead group and one-on-one recreational activities Transport and escort residents to and from programs Observe and report changes in resident behavior or safety concerns Maintain attendance records and activity documentation Support calendars, themed events, and holiday decorations Assist with resident activity assessments and care planning input Help maintain volunteer programs and assist with training/supervision Update lists (birthdays, religious groups, special needs, etc.) Make intercom announcements for activities as assigned Maintain activity equipment and assist with organization systems Participate in staff meetings and in-service trainings Maintain professionalism, respect, and resident privacy at all times Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Positive, energetic, and engaging personality Experience in healthcare activities or recreation therapy coursework preferred Prior experience with geriatric population strongly preferred Basic computer skills required Strong teamwork, organization, and multitasking skills Reliable attendance and punctuality If you are a compassionate, dependable professional who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply today.
