Looking for a highly Energetic, Personable, Self Motivating, Doer! Strong customer service and organizational skills with attention to detail required! Must be great with children and able to multitask in a busy, fun environment. 4 evenings per week 3:30-8:00pm and Sat morning 8:45am -12:45pm. Reception work and light administrative tasks include registration, scheduling, billing and receiving, Ad campaign lead follow up, answer phone, emails, organize dancewear orders, and keeping reception area tidy with light cleaning. Must be comfortable with online office management systems. Knowledge of dance studio/classes preferred but not required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available for additional hours during performance weekends, 3 per year.
