Job Description

Blevins Bros. is looking for a recreation technician to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in automotive or recreation repair facilities.
The qualified candidate will have:
A minimum education of H.S. diploma or equivalent Proven track record of success at current/previous employer(s) Valid NYS driver's license Customer-focused attitude that recognizes that giving the customer outstanding service is the main focus of the job Requirements of this job are: Availability to work full time (40 hours/week) plus overtime as required by business needs Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays as needed Ability to show up on time every day and complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner Ability to complete physical tasks with reasonable accomodation Completion of training over a period of first 3 years of employment Ability to work as a member of a cohesive team Typical duties for this position are: Diagnose & repair problems with campers, boats, and ATVs Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, winterization/dewinterization, boat wrapping, checklist for sale prep, etc. Troubleshoot complex repair issues with involvement of manager & tech support
Pay:
Starting pay varies based on experience and any previous manufacturer certification. Typical pay is an hourly rate. Bonuses are typical in the fall/Christmas timeframe. Other compensation is listed below.
