Role:

As our Activities Assistant , you will be responsible for: Assisting the Activities Director in developing and implementing a comprehensive activities program that aligns with the needs and interests of our residents Supporting the planning and execution of activities, including recreational, educational, and social events Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events Maintaining accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing activities and events that cater to diverse interests and abilities Support the development and management of the activities budget Assist with recruiting and training volunteers to assist with activities and events Identify and integrate community resources and partnerships to enhance the activities program Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure excellent customer service
