Cleveland, OH Job Details Part-time 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description As a Part-Time Activity Personnel, I was responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and successful execution of various recreational, educational, and community activities. My duties included preparing activity venues, setting up equipment and materials, welcoming and assisting participants, providing clear instructions, and ensuring that all activities were conducted in a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment. I worked closely with supervisors and team members to coordinate schedules, monitor attendance, and address participant questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. In addition to assisting with event operations, I helped maintain the cleanliness and organization of activity areas before, during, and after each session. I ensured that equipment was properly handled, stored, and maintained, while following established safety procedures and organizational policies. I also supported administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory management, and documenting activity outcomes when required. This role strengthened my communication, customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills by working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Balancing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment enhanced my time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Through this experience, I developed a strong commitment to providing quality service, fostering positive participant experiences, and contributing to the overall success of programs and events.
