We are seeking a Part-Time Activities Aide to join our team and help create a fun, engaging, and meaningful environment for our residents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about improving the quality of life for others. Position Details Part-Time Weekend Availability Required Additional weekday hours may be available Skilled Nursing Facility Setting Responsibilities Assist with planning and conducting daily resident activities Lead games, crafts, exercise groups, bingo, holiday celebrations, and special events Encourage resident participation and social interaction Transport residents to and from activities as needed Develop positive relationships with residents and families Assist with decorating for holidays and facility events Help maintain activity supplies and equipment Document resident attendance and participation Support residents' emotional, social, and recreational well-being Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience in activities, recreation, customer service, healthcare, or senior care is a plus but not required Friendly, compassionate, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift Benefits Competitive Pay Flexible Scheduling Paid Time Off (eligible employees) 401(k) Employee Referral Program Supportive Team Environment Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Why Join Us?
