We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Activity Assistant/Transportation Driver to welcome our ever-growing team! And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.Activity Assistant/Transportation Driver Qualifications:
Dependable, hard-working, good communication skills and outgoing. Documenting resident activity participation. Maintains attendance records for resident activities, on a daily basis. Assists in transporting residents to and from doctor appointments via facility van. Facilitate group and 1:1 activity programs per Activity Calendar.Activity Assistant Requirements:
Valid Ohio state license Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption High School Diploma/GED Flexible schedule, available on weekends and evenings.Computer Knowledge Washington Square Offers Activity Assistants:
