Position Introduction:

Fitness and Recreation strives to help all student employees develop their career readiness upon graduation. Student Employees are applying academic learning by developing workforce competencies, per The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) guidelines which are: Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Oral/Written Communications Teamwork/Collaboration Digital Technology Leadership Professionalism/Work Ethic Career Management Global/Intercultural Fluency This position is for Fall 2026 employment. Training will begin immediately upon hire and could begin as early as August 2026. Membership Attendants provide customer service to the members of the Sarkeys Fitness Center. They will run register for sales and membership, adhering to all proper payment handling processes. Membership Attendants provide program and service information, both in person and on the telephone. They will enforce facility policies, assist with data entry, respond during emergency situations, and clean and maintain the center.

Required Education and Experience:

Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student in good standing at the University of Oklahoma. hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
