Responsibilities Include :
Create curriculum and schedule enrichment activities based on client's needs as directed by House and Program Managers Interact respectfully with clients by encouraging support to make decisions, develop independence, as well as working with clients 1:1 Be able to coordinate the program without direct supervision Make sure transportation is available utilizing company vehicles and supervision for outings Document and manage the baseline skills, goals, and activities to meet those goals for each client in the programs
Qualifications:
Pass a Criminal History Background Check and pre - employment drug screening Be 18 years of age or older Possess a valid Oregon Driver's License Must have proof of car insurance and current registration and must be insurable by COC's auto insurance carrier to drive agency vehicles We make applying easy!
