Compensation:

$16.80 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure a clean, neat, and well-stocked facility. This includes towel service management, locker cleanouts, amenity stocking, and related. Be an integrated "Whatever is needed" member of HFAC's team culture. Be able and willing to work at events, the front desk, cleaning, completing a report, or some other duty. Handle concerns and challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Greet and welcome guests and members in a polite and professional manner. Answer questions and connect customers to the correct information, whether on the telephone or in person. Communicate, execute, and enforce HFAC policies and procedures. Follow directions. Be highly responsive and responsible to others.

Qualifications:

Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills High-energy and outgoing, welcoming to all ages, genders, fitness levels, and backgrounds. Having experience with fitness, yoga, sports, recreation, or team activities is a plus. Must be CPR/First Aid Certified or receive your certification within 60 days of hire.
