North River Boats Employment Opportunity Position:

Outfitter North River Boats will be accepting applications for the position of Outfitter. Work hours:

6:00 a.m.

• 4:30 p.m. Monday
• Thursday Friday
• Overtime as needed to meet production goals.

Essential Functions of the job:

Proper Installation of all outfitting components including, but not limited to; outboard motors, controls, inboard motors, jet drives, deck hardware, fuel tanks, electronics, upholstery and canvas Read and understand all aspects of work orders Properly operate all equipment to outfit a boat per specific work order Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintain a high level of quality Must use proper safety equipment for every specific task Be accurate and organized Work to maintain a productive and positive work environment by proactively communicating with your lead and other leads/supervisors in the rigging department Understand basic measurements/Basic math skills Perform all other duties as assigned and appropriate to the position Requirements for the job:

• Must have a good working knowledge of North River manufacturing process
• Must be familiar with the workings of all electric, pneumatic, and hand tools
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of personnel
• Must come to work with a good attitude and be a team player
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs at any given time
