Job Description

Embark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure To plan, organize, and deliver small group personal training programs, including TRX, to participants in accordance with YMCA goals and objectives. Lead with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program. Organize and maintain program records, (i.e., attendance record, rosters, etc.) Manage and maintain all equipment. Communicate effectively and timely with program participants. Promote other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person. Ensure compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Need 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED required Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification Training and qualifications in the specialized instruction area required Demonstrated ability to develop and teach program skills Obtain and maintain all additional new hire certifications and trainings within 90 days of hire Work Conditions and Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
