Our Team Lead position is responsible for providing effective leadership and day to day oversight within a residential cabin setting working with at-risk youth. This position will lead and support a team of residential staff, promote high standards of care and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered too on a daily basis. Outside In offers am activity intense atmosphere with plenty of wilderness and outdoor activities for youth and staff. Requirements:

• This position will involve working 12-16 hour shifts (further details provided during the interview process), expectation is 54-59 hours per week.
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a PA State Criminal Check (ACT 34)
• Ability to pass a PA Child Abuse Clearance (ACT 33)
• Ability to pass a FBI Clearance (ACT 114)
• Clean National Sex Offender Registry Report
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass a physical and drug screening
