Highland View Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Brockway, PA is currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Activities Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with seniors, planning fun activities, and helping residents stay active and engaged, we would love to meet you! Assist with planning and implementing recreational and social activities for residents Encourage residents to participate in individual and group activities Help organize games, crafts, music, parties, special events, and other programs Assist residents to and from scheduled activities as needed Spend one-on-one time with residents and help promote socialization Help maintain activity supplies and prepare activity areas Work with the Activities Director and other departments to provide meaningful programs for residents Create a positive, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our residents What you need as an Activities Aide Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility, healthcare setting, or activities department is preferred, but not required Must enjoy working with seniors Positive, outgoing, and compassionate personality Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable and able to work as part of a team Apply today to join the Highland View team and help make a difference in the lives of our residents!
