Highland View Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Brockway, PA is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team! Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and resident dietary needs Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and therapeutic diet requirements Ensure meals are prepared and served at the proper temperature Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area Follow food safety, infection control, and sanitation guidelines Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and supplies Complete required food temperature and sanitation logs Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team to provide quality meals for our residents What you need as a Dietary Cook Previous cooking experience preferred Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is a plus, but not required Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation practices Ability to follow menus, recipes, and dietary instructions Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team Apply today to join the Highland View team and help us provide our residents with quality meals and excellent care!
