Activities Assistant - Community Outings & Daily Fun! Do you love being on the move? Are you a social butterfly who enjoys planning events and exploring the local community? Newhaven Court at Clearview is looking for a high-energy Activities Assistant to lead our resident engagement programs and drive our community "fun bus" for local outings! Position School-Friendly Hours:
Flexible day shifts like 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM .
True Flexibility:
Full-time or Part-time options with a schedule that respects your life.
Balanced Calendar:
Rotating weekends (only 1x per month) and rotating holidays (approx. 1x per year).
Adventure Included:
Spend your shifts taking residents to local parks, shops, and events. What You'll Be Doing Hit the
Road:
Drive our small community bus (no CDL required, just a valid license and a clean record!) for scheduled resident outings and excursions. Lead the
Energy:
Facilitate daily on-site activities including games, trivia, crafts, and fitness.
Community Connection:
Help residents stay connected to the Butler area through planned trips and social events.
Create Magic:
Assist in planning monthly calendars that keep our community vibrant and exciting. Requirements The "Must-Have": A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You must be comfortable and confident operating our small community bus (it handles similarly to a large van or small school bus).
People Skills:
A patient, compassionate, and upbeat personality.
Reliability:
Our residents count on you to get the party (and the bus) started!
Senior Living Passion:
