$13.70 / hour Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, compassionate, and engaging Part-Time Life Sharing Associate (LSA) to join our life enrichment team! In this role, you will help create a vibrant, active, and meaningful environment for our residents by leading daily activities, social events, games, and dynamic life-sharing programs. If you enjoy bringing joy to older adults, sharing your creative talents, and helping residents stay active and connected, this is a fulfilling opportunity to make a daily impact!
Key Responsibilities Lead Resident Activities:
Facilitate group and individual programs, including games, crafts, music, exercises, trivia, and special seasonal events.
Encourage Resident Engagement:
Build meaningful relationships with residents, learning their unique life stories, hobbies, and preferences to foster active participation.
Support Daily Operations:
Assist with setting up activity spaces, gathering materials, and keeping activity supplies organized.
Promote Community Spirit:
Help decorate for holidays, celebrate resident milestones, and maintain a warm, social atmosphere throughout the community.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Personal Attributes:
Energetic, creative, patient, and dependable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Prior experience working with seniors, leading recreational activities, or working in personal care/memory care is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates with a heart for service are warmly welcome to apply!
