Indiana, PA Payrate:

$11.50 - $14.00 an hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Between 7am to 5:30pm (Normally a 7.5 hours per day) What will you be doing? The Assistant Group Supervisor may step into a leadership role when the Group Supervisor is absent and may oversee aides and volunteers as needed. Assist in planning and implementing the HighScope curriculum using PA Early Learning Standards Support children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development Maintain a safe, healthy, and organized classroom environment Use positive guidance techniques and Pyramid Model strategies Help prepare and implement daily lesson plans and activities Communicate with families through daily updates and classroom communication Ensure compliance with PA licensing regulations and mandated reporter requirements Participate in staff meetings and professional development Support classroom aides and volunteers What are the Job Requirements? High school diploma/GED + 30 college credits in ECE, child development, special education, elementary education, or human services OR High school diploma/GED + 15 ECE credits + 1 year (1,250 hours) experience with children OR High school diploma/GED + 2 years (2,500 hours) experience with children Must be able to obtain all clearances required Additional Details How To Identify Potential Job Scams
