SUPERVISOR
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the HOSA (Future Health Professionals) program, and ensuring compliance with any national bylaws and/or regulations. Organize and facilitate regular chapter meetings, workshops, and preparation sessions for student competitive events. Organize and oversee the selection process for student leadership and provide leadership training. Coordinate student registration and participation in regional, state, and national HOSA competitions, including travel logistics and required documentation. Supervise students during competitions, conferences, and related activities, including overnight travel when applicable. Facilitate communication with students, families, administration, and competition organizations. Promote student leadership, career exploration, and engagement in health science opportunities. Assist students in preparing competitive event materials, presentations, and performance activities. Coordinate fundraising activities and maintain compliance with district activity and financial procedures. Ensure all program activities comply with district policies and procedures.
