We are looking for a Healthcare Activities Assistant- Starts at $15.00 per hour! who is passionate about their work.

Shift Availability:

Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm EOW- 9am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Implementation of recreational programs Monitor resident needs, preferences, and attendance Clinical Paperwork (care plans, assessments, progress notes) Calendar creation/prep and implementation of structured activities for a 34 bed LTC unit Assist with supervision, training, and overseeing activity staff

Requirements:

Qualifications of Healthcare Activities Assistant:

College degree or activity related certification preferred Desire to work with the senior population Strong interpersonal skills with awareness for dignity, respect, compassion and safety Dementia care experience is required.
