Plans and monitors unit activities, content of programs and independent activities Implements individual and group activities; supervise residents' use of all equipment and materials and takes necessary precautions in implementing the program. Oversee documentation of resident participation assessment, MDS, care plan and progress on the appropriate forms Works with activities staff to establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies and volunteer groups.
