Schedule:

Saturdays required + one evening shift per week We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dependable Activities Aide to support resident engagement in our small, close‑knit personal care community. This role assists the Activities Director in planning and facilitating social, recreational, and wellness programs that enrich the daily lives of our residents. Key Responsibilities Support and lead group and one‑on‑one activities in an intimate senior living environment Engage residents with enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism Work collaboratively with all facility departments to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care Assist with transporting residents to activities and events (training provided) Maintain an organized, welcoming activity environment What We're Looking For Personable, caring, and reliable team member Comfortable working independently and in small groups Strong organizational skills and consistent attendance Enjoys working with older adults and creating meaningful daily experiences Requirements Flexible availability; weekend and evening hours required Excellent attendance record Basic computer skills preferred Valid PA Driver's License required Position reports directly to the Activities Director High School Diploma required CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided after hire)
