All activities must support the Firetree, Ltd. mission, strategic goals, and objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The position duties and responsibilities listed below describe the general nature and scope of work. Other responsibilities, duties and skills may be required and assigned, as needed. Guide and supervise resident movements inside and outside of the facility. Assist residents with indoor and outdoor leisure activities and smoking breaks. Assist in intake and orientation to include completion of forms, reviewing client rules and consent forms, logging personal items. Conduct regular room checks to ensure resident accountability and clean living environment. Monitor resident behavior and log any issues in the communication log. Complete inter-facility reports on any unusual incidents or occurrences with residents as needed. Submit reports as directed by supervisory staff and/or program policy and procedures. Attend mandatory in-service training and outsourced training as required. Assist residents in self-medication in absence of the medical staff. Transport residents to and from appointments or destinations (pick-up/drop-off) as needed. Sign residents in and out of facility.
