Full Job Description Position Summary:

This position will help create an atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to represent, promote and maintain data for athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference. For this student worker position, the student worker will assist the sports information director & the assistant sports information director, with day-to-day operations of the program. The chosen candidate will also share in social media and webcasting responsibilities and other duties assigned by director.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist director with day to day operations. Maintain Albright Athletics Social Media Sites (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) Design Game programs Write press releases/game recaps Maintain team statistics Compile statistics using Statcrew/NCAA Genius software program Design graphics for social media use

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

SKILLS a. Flexibility b. Some computer skills c. Willingness to learn

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE

a. Some experience working similar position is an advantage. Persons with little or no of experience will be considered if willing to learn.

EDUCATION

a. Student in good standing at Albright College
