Role:

As an Activities Aide, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of activities and programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

This may include:

Provide group and individual instruction and hands-on support and guidance to residents Lead planned activities, games and events to encourage residents to use mental and physical faculties Organizing special events, such as birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and themed events Encouraging and supporting resident participation in activities and programs Assisting with daily living tasks and providing companionship to residents Maintaining accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules

Activities Aide Responsibilities:

Plan and lead activities to engage residents, such as arts and crafts, games, and exercise classes Organize special events and celebrations, such as birthdays, holidays, and themed events Provide companionship and assistance with daily living tasks Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of activities and programs
