Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, development, organization, and implementation of activities programs under the supervision of the Activity Director Create a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels Escort residents on field trips, as needed Maintain accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately Provide exceptional care and support to residents in a calm and patient manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred Flexibility and willingness to jump in and help where needed Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passion for the rights of all to privacy, dignity, and well-being
