The Position:
Skyhawks Delaware Valley is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual with a growth mindset and strong people management skills. The newly hired Area Coordinator will: Motivate and manage the part-time coaching staff Assist Skyhawks leadership on the company computer platform to manage sports programming, partnerships and coaching rosters Coach Skyhawks and SuperTots sports programs Manage sports equipment inventory and logistics Ensure positive experiences for all kids and their families Work with Skyhawks Delaware Valley owner to troubleshoot customer, community, and coach challenges Create social media and print marketing content
