We're looking for a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to join our crew! We know it takes a special person to work in a skilled nursing facility, which is why we strive to provide the tools and support our staff need to continue providing the best quality and compassionate care to our residents. Expectations for this position are as follows : Assist with implementing daily programs for residents Lead one-on-one activities, small and large group activities according to the program schedule for each activity Demonstrate interpersonal and critical thinking skills Work collaboratively as part of a team Have prior experience working in a healthcare setting.
