Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Supportive, team-oriented work environment A rewarding role where your creativity and care enhance residents' quality of life Primary Responsibilities of the Activities Assistant Assist with implementing an annual calendar of engaging activities that encourage resident participation, socialization, and enjoyment Support daily recreational, social, wellness, and leisure programs designed to promote joy, connection, and overall well-being Participate in and help facilitate events that encourage family involvement and community engagement Assist with the creation and distribution of a monthly resident newsletter for residents and mailing recipients Help prepare activity spaces, materials, and supplies for programs and events Provide encouragement and positive interactions that motivate residents to participate Assist with transporting residents to activities or outings as needed Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to support special events and celebrations Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others High School Diploma or GED required Previous experience working with seniors preferred Creative skills or experience in crafts, art, exercise, or recreational programming helpful Strong interpersonal and communication skills Valid driver's license with a safe driving record QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
