Job Responsibilities:

Plan, oversee and coordinate programs Evaluate programs and recommend new programs, schedule changes or improvements based on needs and participation Ensure programs operate within established policies, procedures, and budgets Recruit, interview, train, schedule, supervise and evaluate coaches Maintain required certifications and ensure staff maintain required credentials Provide excellent customer service to participants and parents

Qualifications:

Gymnastics experience required Must be willing to obtain Class B CDL license with Passenger endorsement (on-site training available) Swim instructor certification (on-site training available) CPR certification
