Job Description

This is a Summer 2027 position Reports to:
Activities Supervisor Classification:
Non-Exempt; Part-time, Seasonal, Workamper Job Summary The Activities Programs Associate supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of recreational programs, special events, and family activities at Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club. This position assists in creating positive experiences for members and guests through activity leadership, event support, facility preparation, and departmental assistance while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe environment. Overall Responsibilities Provide exceptional service and professional communication. Assist with planning, setup, coordination, and execution of activities and events. Support safe, organized, and engaging programs. Follow Resort policies and perform other duties as assigned. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with daily, weekly, and seasonal activities including Bingo, Trivia, Kids Camp, tournaments, family activities, mascot appearances, Kiddie Train operations, and special events. Help coordinate event setup, operations, and breakdown. Support Rodeo activities, ticket sales, concessions, and other assigned functions. Respond to guest inquiries and provide professional assistance. Perform administrative duties including purchase orders, recordkeeping, and communications. Promote a safe environment for participants, employees, and guests. Additional Statement This position profile identifies the key responsibilities and qualifications for performance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Point-of-sale experience preferred. Valid driver license and satisfactory driving record required. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Indoor and outdoor work environment. Requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Evening, weekend, holiday, and special event work as needed.
