The Vibe:

Imagine getting paid to host the ultimate "in-house field trip." You'll be the master of ceremonies for our Foamy Field Days and themed water events! If you love high-energy environments, staying cool in the Texas heat, and being the reason a school has its best day of the summer, this is for you. The Role We are looking for a completely autonomous leader to execute our summer activity curriculum for students (Preschool through 5th Grade). This isn't a "helper" position—you are the lead. You'll be responsible for picking up equipment, setting up the "splash zone," and running the show with zero hand-holding.

Fun:

Lead themed weeks using our established curriculum.

Total Ownership:

Handle the end-to-end logistics: equipment pickup, setup, instruction, and pack-up.

On Your Feet:

Use your problem-solving skills to manage the site and schedule independently.

Austin Bound:

You'll be traveling to various schools and locations all around the Austin area.

What You Need Experience:

2+ years working with Preschool through 5th-grade children.

Reliable Transportation:

You must have a vehicle with enough space to fit equipment (SUV, Van, or Truck preferred).

Fast Learner:

We provide the training, but you need to be a quick study who can "grab the baton" and run with it.

Certification:

Current CPR certification is required.

Independence:

You are a self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding. The "Uniform" Since this is a water-based role, dress for the job! Bathing suits are encouraged—we just ask for a professional "camp counselor" vibe (e.g., girls can wear a one-piece with athletic shorts).

Comp & Perks Pay:

$35 per teaching hour. (

Note:

Pay is for active instruction time; setup and pickup are not included).

Gas Stipend:

$30 per week to help cover your travel around Austin.
