Job Description
Our Facility embraces the Eden Alternative and encourages carepartners to enjoy day-to-day interactions with our Elders and their families. Will-O-Bell is a community owned 90 bed skilled nursing facility that focuses on Quality Person Centered Care. We are looking for a person of integrity to join our team and stable environment. We are blessed with many local carepartners that are caring for their own family and the same administrator in place for more than 20 years. This is a great entry level position. Scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 3pm. Must show up for work when scheduled and enjoy making a difference in the lives of the elderly and be respectful. Must be able to work independently, coordinating activities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Technological ability is a MUST. Excellent customer service a must.
