A Recreation or Activities Worker leads tours and vacation trips in outdoor or wilderness areas. Leads hiking, rafting, canoeing, climbing or diving activities for a group. Provides specialized knowledge about the history, terrain, ecology or wildlife for the tour. Manages transportation, equipment and provisions and assists with cooking.

This is more than a classroom role — this is an opportunity to create amazing experiences for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years old through STEAM, enrichment activities, camps, and adventures beyond our school walls.

Design and lead engaging STEAM activities including: Science experiments Engineering challenges Art projects Building and design activities Creative problem-solving games Hands-on discovery experiences ️ Lead and coordinate our Summer Camp and Spring Break Programs , creating exciting weekly themes, activities, and memorable experiences for school-age children. Plan and oversee our STEAM-focused Afterschool Program , keeping children engaged through fun, creative, and educational activities. Organize and lead field trips and special adventures — from planning details to ensuring children have safe, fun, and meaningful experiences. Support children across all age groups, from infants through school-age, jumping in where needed and helping our village run smoothly.
