We handle everything so our staff can focus on what they do best: delivering a great experience. About the Role We're hiring enthusiastic camp counselors to support our summer camp programs at Solterra. You'll work directly with campers ages 5-14, leading activities, keeping energy high, and making sure every kid has a safe and memorable experience. Responsibilities Supervise and engage campers ages 5-14 throughout each daily session Lead drills, games, and creative activities as directed by the camp director Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment at all times Monitor participant health and report any concerns to the director immediately Assist with equipment setup and breakdown each day Take daily attendance and flag absences to the camp director Assist with weather contingency plans as directed Compensation $14 per hour.

Schedule Soccer Skills Camp:

June 16-18 | 8 AM - 12

PM Multi-Sport Adventure Camp:

June 23-25 | 8:30 AM-12:30

PM Arts & Crafts Camp:

July 21-23 | 8:30 AM-1 PM Requirements CPR and AED certification required Background check required Experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreation setting preferred Energetic, patient, and dependable Strong teamwork and communication skills
