Join our team at The Link Event & Recreation Center in Richland Hills, TX!
What You'll Be Doing:
As an After School Program Attendant , you'll: Engage with kids ages 5-12 through games, crafts, and activities. Help lead daily programming. Communicate with parents and help maintain a safe, high-energy environment. Help set up and clean up spaces for programs and rentals. Assist with transporting kids to and from school or events. Redirect unwanted behavior and reinforce positive behavior. Be part of a collaborative, energetic team that values professionalism and fun!
What You'll Need:
Must pass a criminal background check (ages 18+) and drug screen. Must have reliable transportation. Transition to a Camp Attendant ! It's the same as an after school program attendant but just extended days! Schedule & Flexibility During the school year: Shift 3:15 PM-6:15 PM (+/- 30 minutes)
Holidays & Summers:
Shifts 7:15 AM-12 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 12 PM-6:30PM (+/- 30 minutes)
Flexible Scheduling:
We know your school schedule comes first—we'll work with you! Work up to 1,000 hours/year (January-December) at your pace.
Pay & Perks Starting Pay:
$10.31/hr (no experience) up to $12.89/hr (with experience & qualifications).
Holiday Pay:
Earn double pay on city-observed holidays!
Extra Bonus:
Up to $300/year in additional pay (non-longevity). Annual Raises typically given every October.
