What You'll Do:

Assist in planning, organizing, and leading a wide variety of activities such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings, and special events Engage residents in ways that promote dignity, purpose, and joy Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet the diverse interests and needs of residents Build relationships with residents and family members, creating a welcoming and supportive environment Help decorate and prepare the community for seasonal events and celebrations Support documentation of resident participation and program evaluations Collaborating with the Activities Director and care team to enhance residents' quality of life

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

A positive, energetic, and compassionate personality Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging, meaningful activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire participation from residents Previous experience in senior living, recreation, or a similar role is a plus—but passion and heart matter most! Must be able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with setting up/tearing down activities Assisted living and dementia care experience preferred Why Join Us?
