Part-Time Administrative & Activities Assistant Rosewood Assisted Care - 3.8 Salt Lake City, UT Job Details Part-time $15 - $16 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Scanning Older adults Office record organization Full Job Description Rosewood Assisted Care is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a part-time Office and Activities Assistant. This position is typically three to four days per week for approximately four to five hours per day . The scheduled hours will include leading our bigger resident activities at 3:00 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
Scanning and organizing receipts and documents Filing and completing general office tasks Running occasional business-related errands Assisting the administrator with supply inventory Helping order and organize supplies Completing other administrative tasks as needed Preparing for and leading the 3:00 p.m. resident activity Encouraging residents to participate and making activities enjoyable Resident activities may include bingo, Jeopardy-style games, food demonstrations, crafts, and other social activities.
The ideal candidate will be:
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable leading a group Able to connect with older adults and make them feel included Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Comfortable using basic office equipment and computer programs Creative and enthusiastic when planning or leading activities Able to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation is needed for occasional errands. The selected candidate must also meet all facility background screening and employment requirements. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
